Really well, well, sounds a long time you've been doing the year,

the podcast, but yeah, it's all going really well actually.

Great to be back in the paddock again this year with the Rich Energy

IMG Yamaha team.

He's still got it.

So good.

Yeah, you know, keep it going.

But no, it's been a fantastic year.

I mean, I'm away from the track in the week but the

race weekend is nice to be around a you know a great team and you know two

fantastic riders at the moment as well so yeah it's good.

I'm over the moon that you're on the show to announce that you're returning back into racing as well

so I'm glad you're doing that.

I would do if I can fit back on my levers but I'm enjoying the hospitality too much so no I won't be doing that.

The only racing I've been doing at the moment is like Goodwood Revival which is great crack and I go down there and

yeah try and hold on to the vibrating handlebars. How many times you've done that then?
