1:08.9	lavender, langeling, and sacred frankincense. And it didn't necessarily
1:14.4	put me to sleep because I don't know if any oil is strong enough to counteract that
1:18.0	crazy amount of caffeine running through my body. But it did help calm my mind, ease my spirit,
1:24.6	and make me not feel so crazy pants. So those are my favorite oils this week.
