If I had to give one piece of advice, it would be exercise. I mean that pretty much is, and a lot of people in the book share the same thing, they have this 48 hour role. If they don't get to the gym or they don't do yoga or they don't run after 48 hours they start to lose focus and that's what I do I'm not entering any body building competition I'll tell you that but exercise is
