My boiler is on the blink and I had to wait an hour and eight minutes to get a phone call

answered this morning to get someone around to fix it and they're going to call back at

some stage to think, do you mind if I leave my phone on and if they call back, I'll just

take their number and just a better number to phone them back on, please?

Would that be alright?

Can I just say, in genuine support and sympathy, there is nothing worse than your boiler going.
