to cover that up. And an alleged 11-month affair with playmate Karen McDougal and her payoff

and alleged falsification of that.

There's a lot of wrinkles in this case.

Trump says he will testify.

But he'll have to sit there every day and keep quiet, which has been a problem.

The judge chastised him for joining with a prospective juror,

and Trump put out something on truth social,
