Self love

On The HEAL BLOG this week don't miss Five Steps To Break Free Of Generational Family Patterns

Dr Heather Browne's Mom had Schizophrenia. She was a truly magical woman, but she was also deeply unable to cope. Heather cared for her Mom in a way nobody else could, and when Heather's Mom took her own life, Heather was hurting and in such deep pain, she knew she needed to find the strength to move on, she just needed to figure out how. It was dark times and it was hard, and Heather learnt so much on that journey. Heather is now known as the Reframe Queen of Orange County, because she has a gift for looking at a situation and finding the possibility for growth and change.
