I mean, to be honest, I'm actually just jealous. The fact that you do you guys Australia is the best architecture. In my opinion, in my opinion, it's crazy where it's come from. I mean,

especially Melbourne, where you guys know, yeah, I'm in Melbourne. So and my business partner lambs are actually business partnership. There's a whole we'll talk about. We'll get into all that. But yeah, no, we're in a Melbourne based. There is a bit of, you know, you can go left or right of the city. And it's a big city. It really branches out. And it goes down and wraps around onto a bay.

But now we're mainly in a city. We kind of concentrate on 15 suburbs that we can kind of move around any further out. And then we just start to kind of get a bit concerned about dropping into jobs in time, the matters and all that kind of stuff. So

I've talked to a couple people in Melbourne. And I always comment about the architecture. It's, you know, every, every architect that I follow or check in on a daily basis, whether it's social media or where I get a newsletter from them, it's all in Melbourne.

And it's, you know, and some I forget who it was, but they're like, yeah, we don't have any history. So everything's new.

It's like, it's just nailed it exactly right where I guess we're our architect our bold architecture comes from where it's a pretty arty kind of city.

We're big into food. You know, it's always been a multicultural melting pot. You know, we've got a whole lot of different cultures that have come in through over the years. I mean, Australia being so young.

We've been colonized. Yeah, we don't have that really deep in grand history. So from the States, you guys have, you know, beautiful old architecture, you know, depending on the state, you know, you guys, you're from Massachusetts, Tyler, you're from New Jersey.
