Hey everyone and welcome to today's episode of the Absolute Mind Podcasts. Now I know it has been such a long

time since you last heard from me or Mike but we are back. Well I'm back as per se. Mike not so much.

He's currently really busy doing his bits of work that he's doing. But we have been quiet. We have been

on the back burners, on the back seat, whatever you want to say. But we've been really busy with

house moving one-to-one sessions and just sorting general life out really. But we decided that

it's now time to start bringing these podcasts back

and if you've been a long time listener of the podcast you will know that the way that they

normally run is that I'll do a 10 15 minute talk about the problem and then I'll go into

the hypnosis section which is all free it's all full

length free hypnosis that everybody can listen to but over on my Facebook page the

absolute mind page I did a quick question a quick poll a few weeks ago and that was just asking

what it is that people want to hear. What do you want to

have on these podcasts? They're here for you. This is what they are. So I just wanted to get a bit of

feedback. And what actually came back was that people want more of the hypnosis. They want the

hypnosis. So not necessarily the agony ant slash

waffle slash whatever I did before. Maybe some of you did enjoy that, but the overall general

vote that came back was that people want the hypnosis. So I'm going to trial for a little while

for a few sessions just to see how it goes, just to maybe pop on, say hi, this is the episode,

this is what it's all about, and then go straight into hypnosis. So if you have any feedback,

or if you'd like to give me any kind of comments or anything that you

want me to cover, just let me know. I do take the request still. I do take all of your things on

board. I have them all here stored away, ready for me to start doing these podcasts again.
