First off, the most recent developments in Trump-related litigation.

We'll also be discussing a pair of Texas cases, the Biden administration's lawsuit

against Texas over immigration enforcement and the Fifth Circuit ruling that

lets Texas ban abortions even when necessary to stabilize a patient in an emergency room.

So look, it's a heavy full load of issues to discuss. We also have the

January 6th anniversary, not really a peak moment in American history. It's serious

times. It's going to be a serious year. So I need my

sister's advice. What are you doing this year as the New Year rules around for

a reset or to make sure you take care of yourself as we approach some pretty heavy stuff.
