I can't believe they just did that. What they're doing is my own special lion's breath that I do

in the mornings, my little morning noises, our little release of energy. We've had a really

interesting trip in Daytona, Florida for the QHT reunion. We've had a blast, we've done a lot

and as usual when we get together we learn a lot. A lot. And there's always a theme,

lots of themes. And so this weekend it's been boundaries and meeting your needs,

making sure that our own needs are getting met before we are pleasing others. That's a really,
