oppressive, religious kind of thing. No, they're looking at it like even mechanically.

That my, that our minds do become corrupted by ideas, false ideas, crazy ideas, ideas

that rather than that disallow our mind to be

connected with ourself. And so it becomes an instrument that was working against us rather than

working for us. And the yogis are saying that there are ways that you can rid those files

from your, rid the computer of those files there there is a

an antivirus program that you can run and that's yoga and it does involve breathing you

know because breath affects the mind and here it's also saying that involves austerity right

it it it that if you deny yourself certain comforts and if you voluntarily accept certain

discomforts it can have a purifying effect on the mind because the mind is programmed to seek

comfort right seek comfort and that comfort can actually, it can corrupt our mind

so, that that's seeking and that false idea that I need comfort and that my happiness

is found in external comforts. It diverts us from the real happiness that is our true nature.

And our life can begin to feel very meaningless and purposeless and depressing.
