What a year 2020 has been, right?

I know we hear it everywhere we turn,

but if we think about it, we really know that this year has been hard.

In many ways, we just want to get past 2020.

But I think we would be missing some really important things

if we didn't take a moment and just

reflect on the year and even exercise some gratitude.

This week is the week of Thanksgiving in the U.S.

And what better time than to truly pause and reflect on the things that we can be grateful for?

Because there are things, despite everything that's gone on this year.

There is still a lot to be grateful for.

I think giving thanks at this time of year is even more important though because I think that attitude

of gratitude, not to sound cliche, will sustain us through the winter.

I think that the gratitude will give us hope for next season.

It will allow us to see that even though we have lived through something we could never

have predicted or
