And I'm going to edit it out of this show. Whatever. Okay. So we're going to be talking about real estate. And we're going to do a series where we're talking about this for about 10 episodes. And we're going to talk about everything from the beginning, from thinking about real estate all the way to the end. Now, I doubt that by the end of this series that we're going to purchase our first home, but we're going to take you through all the different steps that we're taking of this. So I'm going to take you through a... never know. What if we do, Virges our first home?
