Summary
One of the things about game changers is that they're not just in it for themselves. They don't just live the 8 key game changer traits daily to make themselves unstoppable, but do so to also impact others: teammates, family, friends, and others who count on them. No matter who it is you're trying to impact, the best way to maximize your influence is to develop the strength of your relationship with that person. Whether you're needing to reconnect with someone, or be more intentional about building relationships with others, this episode shares a back-to-basics process to help you expand your impact and influence with those you want to help develop.
