Well, hey there, welcome back. Today we're going to be talking about simple gift ideas for the fitness

enthusiast or the active person in your life. Obviously we're in full swing in December and it doesn't necessarily matter what style of holiday you celebrate, but if your holiday includes gift giving, sometimes it can be really complicated to think of ideas. So as I was working on this episode and

writing down some things that I love, my husband is sitting next to me and he's

chiming in with all the things he loves and I'm like all right we're actually just going to do this

together you're going to share some of your ideas that you love from your

perspective I'm going to share some of mine so I'm hoping that you get some ideas

for you to maybe give to a partner or spouse or a friend

and even some ideas for someone who is your partner or spouse or friend.
