2021 still kind of sucks.

It's got to get better. I got an email today asking if I wanted to do an in-person speaking event in May.

And I'm like, will I be vaccinated by May?

Will life still be an enduring nightmare in May? The problem is that nobody knows.

We don't know. That makes it worse. Yeah. Anyway, the cocktail of the week is the Ginger margarita, which we had last night.

It's good. It's a margarita, but you use ginger juice in it.

And ginger juice is not a juice that you should drink out of the bottle.

Isn't it clumpy?

I would say grainy.

It's not clumpy, it is filtered.

Not like grain alcohol, the grainy like...

It's got some texture to it.

Pulpy orange juice grainy?

It's finer grained than that.

It's also not at all sweet and it's very intense.

It's just ground up ginger, filtered. So it works great. I mean I can

imagine all kinds of things that's going to work great and I bought a bottle of it.

But as for drinking it by itself, oh no no, no, that is not a good idea.

Yeah, I just I don't think ginger juice has ever been a big part of this nutritious breakfast like

Have a delicious glass of ginger juice.
