through its remarkable food dishes, and that's Liguria.

Many of you know this region through the famous villages of the Cinque Terre, but goodness,

it is the place where you can discover so much more, including lots of colourful small towns,

just like those you'll find in the Cinque Terre, but without thousands of other visitors.

And the food there is incredibly delicious and unique, and it celebrates the local terrain,

from the sea to the nearby hills and mountains.

of favourite recipes from the region in additions in both English and Italian. She even did the
