we've got Amber. Amber, say hello to all the How to Buy Homies. Hello. So you're sitting in

your brand new house. We could see, if those of you watching on the video, you can see even the

pictures aren't even hung up yet. But that's okay. It takes a

while to move into your house. We're just stoked that she's there. So everybody wants to know,

you know, what people learn through the process. So Amber, would you give us, you know,

one of the biggest tips that you learned throughout the process, good or bad?

Um, I was saying the biggest thing is just doing your research. Um, a couple of things there.

I feel like a lot of us are just really busy these days and we're trying to get to the point of,

you know, like I like very like matter of fact kind of information, right? Like just tell me what I need to do so that I can move forward.

I don't have time to kind of like mingle through a lot of things before I finally figure out what it is that I'm supposed to do.

So I think finding resources and in your case, this podcast was a very big health to me in that way. I would go on walks in the

morning and just in that time, listen. And I felt like, you know, the advice that I got and everything

that I listened to was very, again, straight to the point. It was factual. It was mathematical

things that are important to me when I'm making decisions, especially ones as big as buying a house.

So, again, research, you know, figure out what you're getting yourself into because I think

the biggest thing is that we always have an idea of what we're getting ourselves into.

And then we actually get into it and we're kind of like thrown off by all of these extra little
