If you haven't heard that, we're going to break that down right now. Guys, welcome to the Bedrose-Coolean show. My name is Bedrose-Coolean, and today's episode is about that lifestyle. Now, the other day, I was at a big box gym locally here in Southern California, and a dude, he's like, dude, I listen to your podcast. I really appreciate what you do and how you help out. But look at me genetically, I'm not meant to be fit. And he was a pretty heavy dude. And he's in there working out. And I was encouraging him. And I was saying like, dude, guess what? Genetics load the gun, but lifestyle pulls the trigger. And he was like, you know, that's starting to make a lot of sense and he is of the

Hispanic descent and so he's like man my culture we eat a lot of fatty foods a lot of high sugar

foods and so da-da-da-da and I get it right and you probably add to that cultural effects like

the type of foods that his culture eats and then you add to that the type of genetics

that he might get from mom and dad,

maybe the odds are stacked against him
