It's like the bleak mid-winter, except it's different because the bleakness comes not so much from the snow as it does from the heat,

which puts a kind of patina of sweatiness which is

like precipitation on all surfaces. So your thoughts on navigating this summer

in particular any highs and lows of this the sweatiest season of the year?

Well I think it's been the sweatiest summer of my life looking back reflecting on the

amount of work my body did to perspire gold metal.

We started with our little stroll in Spain.

Mm-hmm.

That was a sweaty stroll.

We then I moved and sweaty and then we had retreats in New York sweaty so it's it's been a warm summer. But I'm just I'm so grateful for that. That's so yeah. But now that I'm now that I live in the in the great white north my window of being hot and uncomfortable is much smaller than when living in DC

So here's to that so count your blessings instead of sheep as being Crosby once.
