Miss Robin Simon. She's a two-time Emmy award-winning writer, director, and producer who used a

kick-starter campaign to create this very important film.

And we also have with us Dr Pamela Weibel, a family physician in Oregon who is currently

a practicing physician but has devoted much of her time to physician's

suicide prevention. Thank you both for joining us today.

You're welcome. Good to be here. So we always like to start our episodes with learning a little more about our

guests. So can each of you tell us a little bit more about your background and

what kind of drove your career to this path now where you've created this film?

Well this is Robin Simon. I was to this this path now where you've created this film.

Well, this is Robin Simon.

I was a TV news reporter and a producer at TBS based in Miami.

And after that, I was an independent producer and produced a series for the

travel channel other networks and then moved on to focus on feature documentary

films and so I've to focus on feature documentary films.

And so I've done several of those

and they've shown at film festivals and theaters

around the world.

And I come from a family of physicians.
