Can you tell our listeners if you had to rate yourself today on a sexual shame of meter with

ten being the most full of shame and one being the least shame, where are you fall right now?

I would say currently I'm hovering around a three.

So I definitely grew up in the religious shame umbrella of like,

don't think about it, don't talk about it, don't do it.

You know, you're always being watched type of a vibe and then I just grew into this. I don't give a fuck.

And since then everything has been very much it don't matter as long as you're not hurting

anyone else and you're not hurting yourself then there's no shame but there's still

some hurdles we're overcoming so we're doing pretty good there.

Can you tell us a little bit about what your sex life is like right now and like favorite parts and just a little quick overview? Yeah, so interesting after years of being like a big old sled, I've actually been

celibate for the past year, due to kind of reframing my intentions towards sex. I feel like I've used it a lot as a form of validation

from others and to feel worthy and I've taken a step back to say do I really enjoy

this and what do I enjoy about this and I've actually been exploring
