Can you tell my listeners where you fall today on the Shamel Meter with 10 being

super full of shame and one being not so shame at all.

I think that if you asked me three months ago I would have been like I'm a zero I don't have any sexual shame but like you said I've

been sort of exploring this more submissive side of myself and I'm finding myself getting really, I don't know if shame is the right word but feeling like really embarrassed to talk about it a little bit. I'm like, oh my God, people are going to know that I'm weak, which is like I really don't believe that being submissive this week, I think it's actually like a real act of power. And like clearly like I don't think my submissive are weak, but like, yeah, it's just something I've just been kind of giddy about and like, I don't know if there's shame, but maybe I'm like at like a one or a two now.

I love that. I think it's beautiful to also just be like, oh yeah, I do have a little shame. I will say I connect with that when it comes to things that are like at the edge for me.

You know, like when I'm like talking about people in my mouth and stuff like that I'm sort of like, oh.

Yeah, it's like, okay, I'll do it, but like I I'm not really going to talk to people about it, like in the light of day.

Totally. Okay, and then can you give us a little snapshot of what is your sex life like right now? What are the highlights? What are you living?

So I have like two bigger relationships in my life.

I like practice relationship anarchy.

I have a nesting partner who I live with who is a cisqueer woman.

She's like a real powerhouse. Think like Bet Porter on the L word and I think our sex is like very intimate and sweet and loving and then I also have a boyfriend who is a queer man and we sort of have this dynamic in which we are
