I have been on a journey of embracing the courage to be disliked for my own mental health

and being able to create more spaciousness internally and to just support my overall

sense of well-being.

And it can be really scary to think that embracing the courage to be disliked leads to

overall greater mental health and overall increased, you know, feelings of well-being,

but it does.

And we're going to talk about how people-pleasing actually is connected to binge eating and

connected to emotional overeating and what that link is and how to break the cycle.

Because if you are a chronic people pleaser, it is taking it out of you.

It's taking a toll on your mental and your physical health.
