podcasts. Hi Chelsea, hi Emily. Okay so Emily I did talk about this in one of my podcast episodes but I'll just give you like a

super quick recap. In essence when I have a big show that I want to pitch I'm going to send them like a super casual email or a voice

DM after I have become front of mind for them.

What does that mean?

It means that I'm all up in their business.

I'm liking their stuff.

I'm in their Instagram stories,

sometimes for months, like showing them that I care and that what they're doing is

impacting me and then I like to send a voice text or a voice DM and say like,

hey, what's up?

You know, I know you get a million pitches,

but I had this idea about what I could teach your market

that I haven't seen on your show yet.

And here's the deal, like I am much, I have a smaller reach than you but my reach is really deep
