On The HEAL BLOG this week don't miss HOW I HEALED FROM DEPRESSION: 5 TIPS TO DEEPLY SUPPORT YOUR HEALING

Do you remember being a teen? For many of us, it was a tough time. You're no longer a kid and you are not an adult either. Our culture has us believe that teens are trouble, but in reality a teen's brain is wired to start to individuate. We are not supposed to follow our parents and do as they say forever. Teens are meant to question, change and grow. Teen Coach Lainie Liberti, works with teens to help them have a better experience than she did.  Lainie’s mom was narcissistic and her teen years were filled with anger, loneliness and self sabotaging behaviours.  We are left with so many deeply limiting beliefs about ourselves from childhood and Lainie wants us to understand it is totally possible to reprogram those limiting beliefs and heal the generational wounds that have been passed down to us.

Meet Lainie Liberti, Teen Mentor, Confidence Coach, Community Builder. You can find Lainie at her WEBSITE
