On Wednesday, May 9th, 2001, something extraordinary took place at the National Press Club in Washington, DC. Dr. Steven Greer, a retired physician, and ufologist brought together over twenty military, intelligence, government, corporate, and scientific witnesses to establish the reality of UFOs, extraterrestrial life forms, and resulting advanced energy and propulsion technologies.

These high-ranking men and women stood in a crowded conference hall before hundreds of their peers and approximately twenty news cameras and admitted that they have proof of UFOs and in some cases extraterrestrials. The topics and the sheer number of reliable witnesses at the conference was undeniable, although the mainstream media never brought it to the forefront and over the last 20 years, this groundbreaking event has been somewhat relegated to a dark corner of the internet. Only to be remembered by its attendees and perhaps those of us who are looking for answers.

In my mind, this conference played a major role in reminding our government that people deserve answers and that there are people willing to risk everything to allow the truth to be heard. This conference may even be part of the reason that now 20 years later, the US government has slowly begun to declassify some of its reports and I believe that anyone who is interested in UFOs or Extraterrestrials absolutely needs to hear what these witnesses have to say.
