Well, here's a couple things that really help. One, having a clear why, knowing what your

internal motivation is for going porn free, going past just the external reasons of being good or making your wife happy and getting

down below the surface and figuring out what underneath really is driving me to actually pursue

a healthy life where porn is not part of what I do. That's the first thing, the why. The second thing is, is a plan that

anticipates the threats in your life and creates active commitments to deal with those threats.

So to actually look at the actual places where you're vulnerable, where you're weak,

and start to create commitments and habits that actually deal with those areas.

And the third thing you need is you need review.

You need ways to continually improve your plan and take a look at what's working and what's not working.

Now, a lot of guys have trouble putting that together on their own.
