I'm your guest host Chris Yeoman filling in for Eric Oldrop who is away today for a youth

camp and I also figured this topic might be too heavy for him.

It's about screen time.

But we're going to be discussing screen time today and so I'm happy to fill in and to do that.

So the epidemic of screen time, as many of our listeners will know, is quite

extensive. There's no way of really fully accounting for the amount of time that we spend in front of perhaps TVs, computers, our phones,

video game consoles, etc. And what we've found is that the effects of screen time are actually quite

staggering.

And so, Aaron, maybe you want to start us off by just giving an accounting of where we are at

with screen time.

How much are people using?

What are the stats?

Yeah, right on. Well, first of all, thanks for joining us on the stats. Yeah right on. Well first of all thanks for joining us on the

screens. We have our screens in front of us. We've spent a lot of time on the screens

preparing for this podcast. The reality is is that it's part of our culture, it's part of our world.

And so this podcast isn't to say that screens are bad.

Screens are of the devil.
