Rambles.

I think that the holidays feel like frozen noses.

I love walking with the dog for long periods of time,

hopefully it's snowing and you've got to wrap up warm.

So I think a frozen nose is a sweaty armpit

because your wrap tops so warm but then you're climbing hamps and heath

and you get to the top and you're like,

and then you can see the breath, but then your nose is still freezing to top.

Joy in every sip with red cups now back at Starbucks.

Well, welcome everybody to the tripod.

It is a wonderful day here in Los Angeles.

We have a very special guest on the tripod today.

She's an amazing musician and now an actor as well.

We were lucky enough to be able to see her in the second row in Charleston

when we were there shooting our food network show.

We walked by, saw her poster freaked out that we were going to be able to see her.

Got tickets and saw really just a tremendous show.

And I'd only listened to one of your albums so I got to hear some stuff about the other album as well.

But Yola is with us.

Thanks so much for being here.

We then got to conclude that evening grabbing a drink at a bar just down the street

from where you're performing and we had just such a wonderful time.
