This is something that when I first started a business,

had four or five employees, I just didn't think a whole lot about it.

differently everything hinges on who you hire and what I mean by that is you can pay

somebody a hundred thousand dollars and they can get you a $2 million return on that

Or you can pay somebody $100,000 and they can barely break even on what they're actually costing you, the number that you're paying
