0:17.6	This is something that when I first started a business,
0:19.5	had four or five employees, I just didn't think a whole lot about it.

0:23.8	beyond about five or six people and even before that we should have been doing it
0:26.9	differently everything hinges on who you hire and what I mean by that is you can pay
0:30.8	somebody a hundred thousand dollars and they can get you a $2 million return on that

0:37.5	Or you can pay somebody $100,000 and they can barely break even on what they're actually costing you, the number that you're paying
0:44.6	them doesn't matter. What matters is their actual skill set and ability to
0:49.0	deliver results. By the way that is how you need to think of talent. You need to think of them as you're buying a financial skill set that should drive economic returns for the organization.
