Our email comes to us from Dr. Bill Davis, a chiropractor, and he begins by saying on November 26, 2011,

I was mountain biking with some friends when I flipped over and landed on my head.

I broke my neck and was paralyzed from the chest down.

As a result of this spinal cord injury, I'm unable to walk or stand.

One of my hands does not work, and my other hand is partially paralyzed as well.

I've also had severe damage to my internal organs, and I have nerve pain every day.

After nearly three months in the hospital, I came home and 80% of my business was gone.

Although my friends stepped up to help see my patients while I was in the hospital,

without my drive and passion, the practice dwindled.
