Well, what it means is that Royal Caribbean Cruises Limited, the parent company of Celebrity Cruises

officially took ownership of the ship. So the ship left last month up the Ems River to Ems Haven in the Netherlands,

and that's where they did the sea trials,

and also completed the ship's construction and fitting with the rest of the equipment

and loaded on the crew.

And so essentially what they did is they took delivery of the ship,
