Folks, Katie and I are excited to talk about today's topic because it's something that we

are, I should say it's a thought process and an exercise that we are utilizing in very

real time.

This is something that we're kind of going through on a daily basis right now, me, especially.

So I'm going to speak to how I use this thought exercise, this tool to try to process fear,

but even potentially, potentially, anxiety, stress, so that hopefully I can sleep better,

I can be more at peace in our home and I can just be an all around better guy, definitely

hopefully a better father, a better husband.

And also this is kind of a fun episode, it's like a throwback because we're actually

not doing video for this episode.

Okay, well, I should stole my thunder here, but it feels like the good old days because

one, it is way too late at night and we are recording without any video on.

I thought that I was going to be able to say our video guy who's awesome, Luke was having

his baby and so we basically planned on not doing video for this episode a few, like

a couple days ago, but Luke texted yesterday and was like, hey, when are you going to

get me the episode so that I can get that thing edited and uploaded and I was like, wait,

there's no baby yet.

It's like now we're still waiting, but at that point, it was kind of too late to do video.
