moment and acknowledge the blessings that 2020 has brought to me, including my ongoing connection

to this community of amazing intentional mothers who despite being thrown some really big curveballs

this year have continued to show up for your families and for me in this work that I do.

I appreciate each and every one of you who listens to this show and I'm especially grateful as we

end 2020 that my flex of gold journal was born this year. It seems like an especially fitting time

for us to focus in on the golden moments in our lives and train ourselves to notice and treasure
