So far so medium I think. Oh so medium? So far so medium. I mean it's I don't really want to go into all the headlines necessarily but I do feel like at the start of every year it's always like fresh start. Everything's gonna be awesome. This is our year. Yeah.

And then like the next three days or next three months or whatever there's just like there's just like bad things that happen in the news and it's like man.

I thought this year was gonna be different man that what's happening in the news isn't how your year is going now.

Oh hey that's a great point. Yeah in that case so far so great. Okay great. So for me for Ben for Ben's life. Yeah.

Really good. I have I have kicked off the you may notice if you're watching the visual version of it that I'm in I'm in my running attire.

Yeah my running swag I did a run over lunch. Yes you did. Just being that good old fashioned new years go getter.

Boom.

Officially officially at least have the plan the intention to be doing the rock and roll marathon in April of this year in Nashville in Nashville.

Yeah. I tell you what I did that when we were young music festival. Yeah.

Yeah. And I like it was like this thing where I was like I think I love live music way more than I realized like like way way more I know like every time there's like a concert at the Berglins Center the whole interstate gets backed up.

Yeah.

You know stuff everywhere and I'm like man people make such a fuss about going to see concerts and I'm like you know what I get it because it's fun and awesome dude.

Yeah when I when I when I worked at the Berglins Center the concert venue I used to work at. Yeah. Hey look at that.

I remember with the the very first night it was before even my start date like they were like yeah so you can start on Monday but we do have a concert tonight you just want to come like hang out and sort of get the experience if you want to.

Yeah.

And obviously it wasn't one of those things we could be like no.

Right. It's like you can't if you want to be here.

Yeah.

If you if you want to be like that's a great invite I'm going to show no initiative and actually just not be here to Monday. Right anyway so but that night it was the very so my so my first day which wasn't even a real day was Rob Zombie and Alice Cooper.
