Set the tone for the week.

Because if you want to make progress, if you want to be the best at what you do, if you

want to be really darn good, if you want to be excellent, there's just one thing that

you have to do.

You're going to have to work really, really hard.

I mean, look at the people that we admire, that we revere, whether it's Koby Bryner, Michael

Jordan or Serena Williams or Beyonce or Will Smith.

You know, Will Smith has that video where he's talking about hours and hours and hours

of beating on your craft.

What that means is that in order to become Will Smith, minus the whole Oster's thing, but

in order to become Will Smith, in order to become Koby Bryner, in order to become Serena Williams,

in order to become Beyonce, in order to become Michael Jordan, who Tom's about to talk

about in a second, you got to work really hard.

You got to be willing to do more work than the next person out there.

You got to be willing to do more work than anybody else if you want to be great.

If you don't, then you're just not going to be great.
