Allow it to flow through you, out of you, and just let the healing take place.

So we're going to open up with some breathing,

so if you could please just come into this moment and straighten your spine to the best of your ability

and close your eyes.

And I want you just to do a scan of your body right now.

Scanning the energy of your body.

Where do you feel fear or tension or worry?

You feel it in your belly?

Are you unable to process emotions?

You feel it in your heart or your throat chakra.

Where do you feel this fear?

And honoring this fear that you may or may not feel.

Do you feel any shame in your throat, your inability to speak your truth?
