Hey, everybody, we got a great one today. You know, for a change, NPR's senior political correspondent

Domenico Montanaro joins us. I believe Domenico is the first NPR correspondent to grace this

podcast, and we established something very fundamental about NPR right off the bat,

which is that it's not NPR's job to be neutral. It's NPR's job to be objective. As an example,

Domenico points out right away that the last presidential election was not stolen.

Now, I would draw from that conclusion that Trump is either delusional or evil or both.

I'm not sure that Domenico would go that far, at least publicly.

I didn't think to ask him.

But it's hard not to draw that conclusion if you acknowledge that Joe Biden won the last

presidential election, which of course he did.

And I think that should be a big issue in the campaign because from the polling I've seen,

85% of Trump voters say they believe that Trump won the last election.

That's the exit polling I've seen throughout the primaries.

So 15% of Trump voters think that Trump lost and still voted for him.

Or that more than 15% of Trump voters think Trump lost, but don't want to admit to someone

who's polling them, which means, well, I'm not sure what it means, but I think it means

that a lot of Trump voters don't care that he knows he lost or that he's delusional.

They just are aligned with him on issues like immigration or Ukraine or climate change or abortion or I don't know.

But I think this is a good issue for us.

Joe Biden won the election and Donald Trump refuses to accept that.

And now Trump wants to free all the people
