If you put it into a non-bio wash for one wash, that should then almost reset.

No, it has to be a biological wash. I do that for all my t-shirts. These included.

They're something in these t-shirts and they are brand-spanking. I've worn this Brian May t-shirt very infrequently because my girlfriend despises it.
