Summary

Bodybuilding is the process of increasing muscle mass through resistance training.

It's easy to see why bodybuilding is one of the most popular physical sports in the world: it has numerous mental and physical benefits.

But sometimes it takes someone with so much experience to understand that there's more to life than lifting heavy weights, eating the right foods, and taking the right supplements.

This is what "The Mind" Milos Sarcev kept saying to me as he tortured me through a shoulder, biceps, and triceps workout at Flex Lewis's Gym.

He's a champion bodybuilder and trainer who has been called "The Mind" for his ability to help others focus on achieving their goals.

In 2006-2007, I trained in Milos's gym in Fullerton, California, and I'd seen what he did to many of his pro athletes, so I knew what to expect.

What to expect and what to experience were two different things.

In over 20 years of bodybuilding, I hadn't experienced that type of fatigue and exhaustion during a workout to the extent that performing an exercise with only my arms as my resistance was impossible.

I also did a post-workout interview with him about how he uses his personal experiences to help people find their fitness journeys—and how they can be so much more!
