| 0:00.0 | Good morning and welcome to the 5 a.m. Miracle, episode number 610, 16 transformative lessons to live by and post on your vision board. |
| 0:13.0 | I am Jeff Sanders, and you have reached the podcast that is dedicated to dominating your day before breakfast. |
| 0:19.9 | I am a keynote speaker and corporate trainer. To learn more |
| 0:22.8 | about that, head over to jeffsanders.com slash speaking. Now, in episode this week, I'll break down |
| 0:29.8 | the 16 inspiring quotations, mantras, and reminders that I have posted in my home office, |
| 0:36.6 | why these statements are so powerful for me, |
| 0:40.4 | and then of course why you should build your own habits and quotes board to boost your own |

| 1:30.4 | goals, my daily habits, and the progress that I've made so far in the week, tagged along with |
| 1:37.3 | those goals. So essentially the way that I use it is I'll post my goals of the week, |
| 1:42.4 | usually between five and seven things. |
| 1:45.0 | And then as the week goes along, I will cross off the things I've finished, but along the way, |
| 1:51.5 | I record my focused blocks of time as little tally marks next to those items. |
| 1:58.4 | So if you follow this show for any length of time, you know that I love my focus |
| 2:01.9 | blocks of time, my FBots, and essentially those are just individual pre-scheduled blocks where I |
| 2:07.8 | will work on one particular project, usually for 90 minutes to two hours-ish in those blocks. And once I've |
| 2:16.0 | completed one for any particular task for that week, |
| 2:19.0 | I will kind of give myself credit for working on it by marking a little tally next to that |
