It was hilarious at the time, but the joke was on us because the Cowboys covered the 14 point spread last week.

Should have won the damn game.

I know, but at least they covered moral victory.

Hey, and also it improves their chances to get in position to not take one of the top quarterbacks

because Jerry and Stephen Jones continue to insist they won't take a quarterback. But I have a feeling

that may come up at some point today. The show is Pro Football Talk Live. It's a Wednesday morning,

November 11, happy Veterans Day. We appreciate and respect everyone out there who is serving,

who has served, who may serve in the future.

It's part of what makes this country what it is, the willingness of people to volunteer to

participate in the armed services and the joint and common defense of our country.

So we salute all of you, and we appreciate your service, and we appreciate your membership

in our audience, because we know folks in the military

love them some football Chris no doubt no doubt I mean all the things that the military you know

veterans you have serving now ones that are done I mean we wouldn't be where we are as a country

this great country all the freedoms we have it's it's because of the people who are willing to make those sacrifices.

And I know I don't want to make some of those sacrifices sometimes.

So I am really thankful to all those out there who have done that and for us to live a better life.

So kudos to you.
