Hello. Today we're going to do sleep part two. We're maybe also going to talk about bones. We're just going to see where the

winds of podcasting take us. A crazy ride.

Yeah. Cocktail of the week.

We're drinking Pina Kalladas, though I think I made them a little too sweet.

And they're sweet anyway.

We're slightly disappointed, but yet still drinking pinaigaladas.

Yeah, same ones that I made. We're drinking.

So it's equal parts, pineapple juice, rum, and cream of coconut.

But you might just try coconut cream

cream of coconut is sweetened

coconut cream is the nice delicious stuff that comes on the top of coconut milk and it's not

sweetened and that would probably make for a better one.

What's the one in the little cans? They both come in cans. Oh. Yeah and it's real confusing

because like coconut milk. This is where I would fail shopping. Yeah. We have both so we're always safe but anyway we don't blend our peanut colladas you just put it all in a

shaker and shake it up and put it over ice which is the right way to do it but if you

insist you can put it in a blender and then make yourself a frozen drink and get a

wicked cold headache if you're me. Oh my god me too. So anyway there you go.
