So welcome to episode 16 of season two of the James Smith podcast. This episode of

0:06.3

called Pocqua, which is French, and it means why or for what. And the reason

0:13.8

this podcast is that I've come up with quite a lot of ideas, obviously writing

0:18.6

the second book, and there's been a lot of topics that I've spoken about that

0:22.5

have had not a lot to do with fitness, and one of the more salient ones was to do

0:26.9

with with why. And I actually thought this would make a very good topic of a

0:32.2

1:17.5

And why was that my highest grade? Family enough. One of my teachers, Mr. Ricard,

1:24.0

she obviously could tell that I could do quite well if I would apply myself.

1:30.2

So she's probably one of the first people in the world to have realized that.

1:32.9

So she sat me next to her daughter and pretty much bullied me for two years.

1:36.7

That was in that high set. The reason I got into the high set, because I was in

1:40.5

bottom set for everything, was because I was string together sentences to abuse

1:45.2

my classmates. And the way I would structure and pronounce the sentences, my teachers
