Karek K is a mom of four, a pastor's wife, and the founder and executive director of Thrive

Helms, a ministry dedicated to empowering moms to step out of survival mode and into

abundant life which Jesus Christ.

We talk in our interview about her new book Mom Up, and the four things she used to get

out of surviving motherhood and into thriving as a mom.
