In this episode, Lindsay talks about EMFs (electro magnetic fields) and how you can reduce your exposure at home!  Lindsay shares her experience having an expert come out to her house to spend the day measuring the levels in each room.  She made a few simple changes that reduced their EMF exposure by over half!
