Anyway, today's episode is all about dealing with anxiety. Now, before I begin this episode, I just want to make it abundantly clear that I am by no means about to tell you a cure for anxiety, the only way to deal with anxiety. I'm not

here claiming to be a therapist. Neither is this going to be a therapy session because I'm not one.

This is simply, as always, my thoughts on the subject, my approach to dealing with anxiety,
