My name is Christian Keeter and I am on staff at an international discipleship ministry

called Mentoring Men for the Master, which is based

out of North Carolina, which is where I live, along with my beautiful wife and our two wonderful

daughters. So today we are wrapping up a brief series called Abide. And like last week, what I'm going to do

is I'm going to insert the audio recording from when I taught this in person

at the ministry that I'm on staff with mentoring men. And so there will be a few things here

there that you can tell that this was spoken in a different context and just to a group of people

and not just a typical podcast, as though I were talking like right now. But still, I just

wanted to go ahead and upload it and pass it along to you guys.

So I hope that it encourages you and that the Lord uses it to bless you.

So today we are wrapping up the second part of a very brief series that we've called Abide.

And so if you missed last week's, I would definitely encourage you to go back and listen to it so that this makes more sense,

although I'll do my very best to do a brief, very brief recap right now.

So last week we spent the entire time in John 15, looking specifically

verses 1 through 11, and we saw that a key word that appeared over and over and over again in that

passage was the word, abide. It appeared 10 times just between verses 4 and 10.

So, as I said last week, if a word appears four times in that many verses, or I'm sorry,

appears 10 times in that many verses, it's an important word, and we should probably look
