Sunday, September the 20th, Schwentie, Shwenty. It is Ask Papa Solio Live. I want to start off today's

episode with a little, with a little awesomeness inside the swoll fam and this one is from one of our

members Ryan and he writes let me just read this one out let's get us started the right way

there is a reason why community is so important this morning i woke. I did not feel like working out at all.

I am sore from working 50-ish hours at a physically and mentally demanding job. It's cold outside.

Laughing emoji. For real, we got our first frost of the year here in Metro Detroit area.

I weighed myself as I do every Saturday morning.

I didn't lose weight, but I didn't gain weight.

I jumped back in bed trying to stay positive, but it was hard.

Started scrolling through the Facebook, and I see a post from another Swole fan member

about how he is finally out of the 400-pound

club. It brought me back to how excited I was when that happened to me. It motivated me to get my

ass out of bed and go work out. I killed my leg day. I am down 55 pounds in a year. Yeah, I got a long way to go, but with the seven pillars and the swoll fam, I am on my way.
